RAYMOND โ€“ Andrea Janoush began work in February as vice president of Human Resources at ะยฒสอ๘.

A Texas transplant who attended the University of Mississippi, Janoush has both bachelorโ€™s and masterโ€™s degrees in business administration from Ole Miss.

โ€œWeโ€™re very fortunate to have someone of Andreaโ€™s caliber join our team,โ€ said ะยฒสอ๘ President Dr. Stephen Vacik. โ€œShe has already demonstrated the ability to balance professionalism with personal care for others. The Human Resources department at ะยฒสอ๘ is well positioned for many years to come under her leadership.โ€

Janoush said she was attracted by the collegeโ€™s newly revised mission statement. โ€œะยฒสอ๘ is committed to moving people and communities forward by helping develop their purpose, passion and profession.โ€

โ€œThat really stuck with me because thatโ€™s what I love about my job โ€“ that I can really help people move their career forward and change their lives by just giving them the opportunities to do better and to excel in their career. Thatโ€™s my passion: helping people to be the best they can be,โ€ she said.

Janoush and her family including husband Will, a lawyer, and children Bradford, 8, and Mary Alyce, 5, live in Madison.
